Let’s Talk About Your Logs
Reach out and we’ll have a conversation about what you’ve got and what it could become.
The easiest way to get started is to reach out with a little information about your logs and your location. From there, Hunter will get back to you personally, talk through what you’ve got, and let you know whether it makes sense to schedule a job.
There’s no commitment involved in reaching out. Just an honest conversation with someone who knows U.P. and Northwoods timber and can tell you what your wood is actually worth milling.

What Happens After You Reach Out
We keep it simple. Here’s what the process looks like from first contact to scheduled job:
You reach out
with your location and a description of your logs. Where you are in Northern Wisconsin, what species you’ve got, roughly how many logs, and what you’re hoping to build.
We talk through it
and give you an honest assessment of what your logs are likely to produce and whether the job makes sense to schedule.
We coordinate travel
based on your location in Northern Wisconsin. Jobs in the Hurley and Mercer area are a quick trip from Iron Mountain. Jobs further east toward Rhinelander or Tomahawk take a little more planning, and we often schedule multiple jobs in the same area on the same trip.
We come to your property
with everything loaded and ready. Your logs stay exactly where they are.
We mill on-site
and leave you with stacked lumber ready for drying and your next project.
If you’re in Northern Wisconsin and want to get on the schedule, spring and summer book up quickly. Reaching out early gives you the best shot at getting your job done before the season gets away from you.
Service Area
Based in Iron Mountain. Working Across the U.P. and Northern Wisconsin.
I’m based out of Iron Mountain, Michigan and travel throughout the Upper Peninsula and into Northern Wisconsin. If you’ve got logs and I can get to you, we’ll make it work.
